First, a band that has been around for a while, but have not made it 'big'... yet! The Black Keys. They rock, but you don't have to take my word for it:

NICE...i LOVE the black keys...have for a long time now. Their "Magic Potion" album is a huge chunk of my summer roadtrip soundtrack...the other rad thing about them is that they release their records on vinyl
